At Third Shift Crafts, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process, timeframes, and terms.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Handmade or made-to-order items may take a bit longer, and we’ll notify you if delays occur.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on item size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues, but Third Shift Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
